These terms govern your use of BonusData services provided by BonusGroup (“we”, “us”).

Service description

BonusData provides automated competitor pricing monitoring and AI-powered pricing intelligence for businesses. We collect publicly available pricing information from competitor websites and present it in a structured format with analytical insights.

Free pilot

We offer a 14-day free pilot period. No payment information is required. After the pilot, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or discontinue use.

Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Data accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing data accuracy but cannot guarantee that all competitor data is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing decisions made based on BonusData intelligence are your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer our scraping technology, resell or redistribute the data without permission, or use the service to engage in predatory pricing practices.

Limitation of liability

BonusData is provided “as is”. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
